New Features:

* Better user search in Role. A search bar has been added to the dropdown in Activities, making it easier to assign people to Roles.

* Powerful Library Search. Some organizations have a large piece/document library. You can now quickly search by Instruments/Roles within the Library. For example, in the case of a music library, you can search for all pieces that include violin and cello, or can you search for pieces that include ONLY violin and cello. This is a work in progress, and will continue to improve through testing.

* Improved security for outside links. When you generate links to share from your Activities calendars and other links, these links are accessible to the outside world. Luigi will hide profile pictures on these outside links.

* WIP: Location View Calendar. In Locations > Locations Calendar, you’ll find a new view for your Activities calendar that gives organizations a top-down view of where activities are happening each day.

* Google Calendar personnel update. When personnel is changed on a project or activity, it is now immediately updated on the Google Calendar.

* Bug Fix: Prevents page crashes for large file uploads (maximum size is 5MB for headshots and documents).

* Bug Fix: Restores sorting functionality for Groups in Group Administration. Reminder: Groups are a useful tool for organizing and assigning groups of people into Roles. By sorting groups, you can create a hierarchy to help with assigning people, such as the order of substitute singers.

Coming soon:
* New Vendor and Contracts systems. This is a long-planned improvement that will improve the way that users and outside vendors interact with your organization. Some users and most vendors don’t want/need a Luigi account, so I’m creating some features to allow secure Contract and Document interaction and signing without logging into the system.
