New Features:
* Time Zone support. Major new features to support timezones for Projects and Activities across Luigi and in Google Calendar.
* Location Calendar Color Support. The Locations calendar makes room and venue management a breeze. You can also customize colors in the calendar view.
* Big performance improvements. Major changes were made to the database to show some tables like Activities much more quickly. This will be immediately noticeable when loading large projects, and will allow for projects with dozens or hundreds of Activities to be loaded without a major delay.
* Group Administration, update to Version 2: Group administration in the sidebar has been updated to a better interface. Groups are used to create and manage categories of users, such as “Cellos” or “Stage Managers” or “Rental clients,” and they are selectable in Roles “Personnel Group” at the point of adding new Roles to a Project.
* Additions to System Settings customizations: A lot of organization customizations have been added in System Settings. This video demonstrates some of the additions.
* Daily Calendar Roles feature: The display of Roles can now be added to Daily Calendars.
* Bug Fix: Contract fee extra characters. A bug allowed non-numerical characters in the Contracts, this has been fixed.
* Bug Fix: Scaling. Some areas of the site were not scaling correctly for mobile or on desktop, this has been fixed.
* Bug Fix: Large file uploads. I’ve increased the size of file uploads to allow larger documents/headshots/forms to be uploaded successfully.
* Bug Fix: Piece Library documents. I’ve fixed a bug preventing the addition of some media links and “Additional Documents” added to the piece library.
Coming soon:
* Customizations for international date/time formats. International support for Luigi is coming to allow dates and times to be customized for your location.
* More system settings. More settings are being added for new personnel — require users to put information in their profile before logging in. Support for “Company” information in Personnel.
