Rich text for Short Notes: You can now use richly formatted text in the “short notes” section of Activities for your users. This kind of rich formatting is coming to other parts of Luigi this week as well, like public links, and Daily Calendar. This gives you many new options to present information to users in their calendars and emails.

Bug Fix: A recent change in Gmail gave a Luigi error when sending certain kinds of emails from Activities and from Email-by-Piece. This has been fixed.

Coming soon:

  • Google Calendar integration will be rewritten and improved to include user calendars.

  • Signing verification for Contracts (like an e-sign function).

  • Ability to remove files from the server (like W9s and other documents) to comply with retention policies, if that is required by your organization.
