New Admin Permissions Pages: Since we now have a couple of categories of administrators, I’ve revamped the permissions pages to be more streamlined and functional.

Superadmins get the System Settings menu on the left bar. Admins get all other permissions. Regular users get the top bar permissions (calendar, contracts, etc) by default.

New User Access Pages

New logging and history for Contracts. It’s not available on the front end yet, but I’ve added better tracking and history for Contracts, as they are sent and edited. I will turn some of this logging into a display that will show a detailed history of how contracts are created, signed, edited, amended, etc.

Bug Fix: Add Presenter/Venue in General Info. Adding Presenter from an Event was causing an error, fixed.

Bug Fix: Daily Calendar Email send from system email. A bug was fixed where the Daily Calendar email function was sending from “Luigi” instead of your org’s email settings.

Coming soon:

• There will be a rich-text editor available for Short Notes in Activities. This will let you leave much more detailed information in Events/Activities that users will see on all of the calendar displays.

• Google Calendar integration will be rewritten and improved to include user calendars.

• Signing verification for Contracts (like an e-sign function).
