• Piece Library: The updated piece library and New Piece Wizard is complete. Some changes were made this week to make the view cleaner with new dropdown boxes that are hidden by default.

• New Feature - Post-Contract Emails. This new feature adds a dropdown box in the Contract window that allows Luigi to automatically send an email after users accept a contract. This can improve your contracting workflow; for example, the post-contract email might have instructions to make sure their bio, headshot, and payment information is up-to-date in their Luigi profile. Or you might have a post-contract email that has information about the project and details about parking at your rehearsal space. Here’s how to use it:

  • Create a new Template called Post Contract Email. The contents of this email will be sent to a user after the contract is accepted.

  • Now go ahead and contract your event like usual, but select a dropdown template if you’d like the user to receive a post-contract email. By default, users will not get sent a post-contract email.

  • That’s it! If the user accepts the Contract, the selected post-contract email will be sent.

• Luigi Email Signature

  • Emails sent from Luigi include an email signature Sent from Luigi.

• Pieces are clickable from the Roles tab

  • In Events -> Roles, you can now click directly on a piece to edit it in the piece library.
