Contract and Invite reminders auto-notifications: This feature enables Luigi to automatically remind your users about unanswered invites and unsigned contracts.

When sending a contract or invite, you can choose a reminder interval from a dropdown menu. By default, Luigi sends an email reminder about unanswered invites and contracts to the user once per week. However, you have the option in the dropdown to select a shorter interval or disable reminders altogether.

In the "Invites” and “Contracts" sections, you can view the last notification sent to the user.

Under the hood: To send these notifications, Luigi is using a scheduling timer that checks outstanding notifications once-per-day (in the morning), collates them, and send them by email if the time is at least 24 hours after sending. Emails are not sent on Saturday or Sunday (this can be changed upon request). So, if you send an Invite with a 1-day reminder at 6pm on Thursday, it will send the first auto-reminder on Monday morning.

Google Calendar integration: The Google Calendar integration system has been completely re-written and is currently in the testing phase. This new integration allows you to authenticate once using your Google sign-in (OAuth), and your Luigi schedule and information will automatically sync with your personal Google calendar and stay up-to-date.

If you're a Luigi user/musician, you will only see your own calendar. However, if you're an administrator, you will have access to a Luigi calendar that includes all Luigi activities.

We will be rolling out this feature gradually, organization by organization, as it undergoes testing. You can expect to see it available soon.
