Google Drive Integration: You will now see a Google Drive folder in the Production tab. By default, you’ll see a sample link, but you can customize this link with a folder specific to each production! This will be an essential tool for sharing files between folks in your organization using Luigi and others using the many tools needed to advance your productions.

Setup to use this link may require some small customizations for each organization, so I will reach out to set this up for you.

Improvements to Templates for Contracts/Invites. I’ve fixed some old bugs that made it clunky to use the Fee and scheduling variables in Contracts/Invites. These should be more reliable and should allow more customizing of the templates for your needs.

Improvements to Email system. Fixed some bugs to make sure that all emails coming from Luigi are tagged with the same organization email.

Budget categories. I’ve changed the name of the budget category “DigitICE Honoraria” to “Media Honoraria” to make it more useful for all organizations. These categories are customizable, so if you’d like to rename these for your budget, please let me know.

More fixes for Piece Wizard. Fixed a small bug where when adding a piece with minimal information, some dates and other fields were added by mistake.
